Wes Clark says attacking Iran will hurt Israel

By Dan Fleshler | March 29, 2007

A new video blog on Wesley Clark’s “Stop Iran War” web site is, alas, rather amateurish, but he briefly articulates why launching an attack on Iran will hurt Israel. He makes sense. Assuming he is running for some kind of higher office, it is refreshing to see at least one nationally recognized political figure articulating a perspective on Iran that is not conventional, AIPAC-inspired wisdom. Will he get in trouble?

That’s the road I’m trying to travel. One thing we can do is go to Wespac (www.wespac.org, if I’m not mistaken) or stopiramwar.com amd let Clark amd his people know that he has the support of (some)American Jews when it comes to speaking candidly about Israel…
